Agrupo Sistemas and Antartyca Consulting, as usual, did not want to miss their appointment with solidarity. The fifth edition of the charity paddle tennis tournament held at the indoor courts of SanSetPadel in San Sebastián de los Reyes has raised funds for the NGO ‘Born to Learn’, which carries out humanitarian work in the small community of Newlands in Moshi (Tanzania).

With the exquisite organization of María José Durán and Ana Feijoo, who have ensured that the event became a resounding success, representatives of both companies have actively participated in this unmissable event year after year that combines sport and solidarity. “We are always attentive to corporate social responsibility in order to help those who need it most. It is a pleasure to continue supporting an NGO like ‘Born to Learn’ that works for the education of these children in Tanzania”, says Jorge Domenech, manager of Antartyca Consulting and one of the participants in the event together with José Ignacio Méndez.

‘Born to Learn’ strives to offer a quality education to all those children in Newlands who cannot access public school due to lack of resources. In these five years they have been able to educate 140, hire four teachers and a cook, as well as implement improvements in essential infrastructure such as the digging of a drinking water well.

Thanks to everyone’s help, ‘Born to Learn’ can continue to develop its work in the area with the aim of building a quality school where children can be taught to fish, among other things, in order to help their families. .

The harsh reality of this modest Tanzanian community is well known to the Agrupo Sistemas team, which has been carrying out humanitarian work in this community for some time. “We know that with very little we can help these children a lot to offer them a better future”, points out Rogelio Delgado, manager of Agrupo Sistemas.

Agrupo Sistemas and Antartyca Consulting have supported, support and will support all those initiatives and projects that seek to build a better world.
